Terms and Conditions - Fairdeal Gaming and Betting

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fairdeal website, app, and services. By creating a Fairdeal ID or using  fairdeal login , you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fairdeal. You must be a resident of India. When you register through  fairdeallogin , you agree to provide accurate, complete information. False information can result in account suspension.

Your Fairdeal ID is personal. You can't share it, sell it, or let someone else use it. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including all bets, games played, and transactions.

2. Account Verification (KYC)

To use Fairdeal for real money betting or gaming, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This includes submitting valid ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driver's license) and proof of address.

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Until verified, you can't deposit money or play for real money. We reserve the right to reject applications that appear fraudulent or don't meet our standards.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₹500. We accept bank transfer, Google Pay, PayTM, PhonePe, debit cards, and credit cards. All deposits are instant.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals process within 24 hours on business days. Weekend and holiday withdrawals may take longer. Minimum withdrawal is ₹200. All withdrawals go to the bank account registered under your name.

We charge no withdrawal fees. Any bank charges are your responsibility.

4. Gaming and Betting

All Fairdeal games are tested for fairness by third-party auditors. Odds are calculated according to standard gaming mathematics. House edges are disclosed.

On cricket betting, odds reflect real market conditions. Once you place a bet, those odds are locked.

5. Game Settlement

Game results settle immediately when the game ends. Cricket bets settle according to official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, IPL, etc.).

If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are refunded or carried forward according to standard sports betting rules.

6. Responsible Gaming

Fairdeal provides tools to help you play responsibly. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. You can take cooling-off periods where you can't access your account. You can self-exclude if gaming becomes a problem.

Gaming and betting should be entertainment. If they become sources of stress or financial harm, use these tools or contact us for help.

7. Prohibited Activities

You can't use Fairdeal to:

8. Fairdeal ID and App Usage

Your Fairdeal ID grants access to all services: cricket betting, casino games, live dealer games, etc. The ID is non-transferable. If your account is suspended, your ID access is revoked.

The website and app may go offline for maintenance. We'll notify you when possible, but we're not liable for losses from brief downtime.

9. Liability and Disputes

Fairdeal is not liable for:

If you have a dispute, contact our customer care team within 7 days. We'll investigate and respond within 48 hours.

10. Termination

We can terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, we'll return your wallet balance minus any pending obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

Fairdeal may update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately. Continued use means acceptance.
