How to Login on Mobile App

Step 1: Open the App

Launch the Fairdeal app on your Android or iOS device.

Step 2: Tap "Login"

On the bottom of the screen, you'll see "Login" or "Register" options. Tap "Login."

Use the same username and password as the website. They're synced, so you can use either device.

Step 4: Confirm 2FA Code

If 2FA is enabled, enter the code from your phone.

Step 5: Choose "Stay Logged In"

The app asks if you want to stay logged in. Say yes if it's your personal phone. Say no if it's shared. Choose based on your situation.

Forgot Your Fairdeal Login Password?

No problem. It happens to everyone.

Step 1: Go to Login Page

Step 2: Enter Your Username or Email

Type whichever you remember. The system finds your account.

Step 3: Check Your Email

We send a reset link. Check your inbox and spam folder. This link works for 24 hours.

Step 4: Create a New Password

Click the link. You'll see a form to create a new password. Make it different from your old one. Make it strong.

Step 5: Login with New Password

Go back to  fairdeal login   and use your new credentials.

Forgot Your Username?

Usernames can't be changed after registration, so this is trickier.

Login Troubleshooting

"My Password Isn't Working"

If you're certain your password is correct:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
• Use your phone hotspot instead of WiFi
• Wait 5 minutes if you've tried 3 times (account locks temporarily)

If it still doesn't work, reset your password.

"I See 'Account Locked'"

This happens after 3 failed login attempts. Wait 5 minutes. Your account unlocks automatically. Then try again.

If locked out longer than 5 minutes, contact support immediately.

"The App Won't Log Me In"

Try these:

• Restart your phone
• Delete and reinstall the app
• Make sure you're on a strong internet connection
• Try logging in on the website first

If app issues persist, contact support with your phone type and operating system version.

"I'm on the Website But It Says 'Server Error'"

Our servers might be experiencing traffic (common during big IPL matches or game releases). Wait 5 minutes and retry. If a message persists over 30 minutes, contact our  WhatsApp support .

Login Security: Protect Your Fairdeal Account

If you don't interact with the platform for 30 minutes, you're logged out for security. Just login again.

"Stay Logged In" Option

On your personal device, you can choose to stay logged in. The app remembers you, and you skip login next time.

On Shared Devices

Never check "Stay Logged In." Always logout. This protects your account.

Multi-Account Policy

You can only have one Fairdeal account. One email = one account. One phone number = one account. Multiple accounts violate our Terms and risk suspension.

If you accidentally create two accounts, contact support with both usernames, and we'll help merge or delete one.
